Who Is Caring for the Caregiver?
Caregiving does not always look like caring for someone who is physically ill. Parents, spouses and family members supporting someone through addiction, mental-health conditions, disability, chronic illness or aging can carry an enormous and often invisible load. Over time, caregiver stress can affect sleep, emotional health and physical well-being—and the person caring for everyone else deserves care, too.
